Three packages

What is right for your Speedmaster.

The Technical Base Package is the foundation. Cosmetic work can be added; for selected models, we also offer the Exclusive Service Package. The precise scope follows our findings and your wishes.

01 / Technical Base Package

As-new technical condition.

The aim is to restore your Speedmaster to as-new technical condition – including its seals.

Removal, disassembly and careful inspection of the movement and case
Thorough preliminary cleaning by hand, tailored cleaning and epilame treatment of the movement apart from a few components
Replacement of the mainspring, expert lubrication and regulation in six positions
Replacement of the seals and testing of the case's functional components
Functional testing, final inspection and an online service passport with the serial number

02 / Appearance Add-on Package

Form and appearance.

An addition to the base package: case refinishing and further cosmetic work, matched to the condition and collector value.

Case refinishing with material added by welding
Restoration of the shape, edges and appropriate surface finish
Partial correction of previous incorrect refinishing where possible
Careful handling of the dial, hands, luminous material and bezel
Further cosmetic work as agreed with you

03 / Exclusive Service Package

Down to the last detail.

For selected models: the Technical Base Package with additional work, intensive testing and high-quality documentation. Cosmetic work is agreed separately.

Strategic replacement of critical components and precise adjustment of endshake
Double movement assembly, with a further disassembly and cleaning before final assembly
Fine regulation, extensive running tests and three final inspections
High-resolution photograph package including a movement photograph
Additional Exclusive Service certificate, recorded in the service passport, downloadable as a PDF and shareable by link
Three-year statutory warranty included

Request the Exclusive Service Package

The Exclusive Service Package is available only for selected models following inspection. This package always includes a three-year statutory warranty; impact and water damage are excluded. Additional cosmetic work is agreed separately.

Our method

More than cleaning and oiling.

In the Technical Base Package, components are not simply machine-cleaned: thorough preliminary cleaning by hand precedes a specially tailored cleaning process using six baths and ultrasound. We systematically replace the mainspring, use fully synthetic watch oils and greases, and regulate in six positions.

Full epilame treatment of the movement – apart from a few components – is also part of our method. Functional checks and a detailed final inspection follow. We determine which measures are appropriate for the particular calibre.

The process

Clear from first contact to return.

Once approved, your Speedmaster takes priority: we start work directly or place it in our dedicated Speedmaster queue. It is therefore attended to considerably sooner than watches in our regular order queue.

Your enquiry

The model or reference, the problem and your wishes are enough to start. Photographs can help with an initial assessment.

Inspection

After inspecting the watch, we discuss appropriate work, originality and possible alternatives.

Approval

We begin the approved work only after the scope has been agreed.

Testing & Return

After assembly and final inspection, your watch is returned with the agreed documentation.

Service passport

Work that remains documented.

Every watch receives an online service passport with its serial number.

It documents the service and other work carried out. This makes the service verifiable in the future – including when the watch is sold.

The Exclusive Service Package adds a further certificate. It is recorded in the service passport, can be downloaded as a PDF and shared by link. Together with the high-resolution photograph package including a movement photograph, it documents the especially extensive repair carried out in our workshop.
