Contact

Tell us about your Speedmaster.

A few details are enough for us to assess your enquiry.

Request service

The first step is simple.

Tell us which model you own, what is not working or what you would like to preserve about the watch.

If you do not know the reference, that is no problem. You can add photographs in the enquiry form. We will then discuss the next step and whether an inspection of the watch is appropriate.

Please contact us before sending your watch. This lets us arrange receipt, shipping and any special requests in advance.

R.I.O. enquiry form

Register your watch.

Enter your contact details and information about the watch in the form. If you would like us to arrange collection, select the option for collection by insured courier and your preferred collection day.

Collection by insured courier

Your Speedmaster can be collected from your home.

On request, we arrange collection by insured courier. Shipping through ParcelBroker is insured up to €10,000; please contact us for higher values.

We charge €30 for insured shipping of a parcel of the usual size. Ideal dimensions are up to 30 × 25 × 20 cm with a weight of up to 1 kg. Larger or heavier parcels may cost more; please discuss this with us beforehand.

A collection request is not yet a booking confirmation. We agree the date with you and then email the shipping label.

How it works

Three simple steps.

  1. Select collection by insured courier in the enquiry form and enter your preferred collection day, Monday to Friday.
  2. After our confirmation, attach the shipping label from the email to your securely packed parcel.
  3. Please have the parcel ready for UPS between 10 am and 3 pm on the agreed day.

Common initial questions

Good to know.

Do I need to know the reference?

No. A photograph of the front and back is often enough for an initial identification.

What about other Speedmasters?

Yes. We inspect every mechanical Speedmaster and discuss which service is appropriate and possible. We do not repair electronic watches.

Will the watch be polished?

Only if it suits your watch and the agreed work. We discuss interventions affecting historically significant parts beforehand.
