Workshop

Experience is hands-on.

Robin Israel and R.I.O. Uhrenwerkstätte in Oppenheim – with a particular affinity for mechanical chronographs.

Robin Israel

Master watchmaker. Chronograph enthusiast.

To me, the Speedmaster is more than a well-known model. Its mechanism and its history have accompanied my professional journey.

Robin Israel won Germany's national watchmaking skills competition in 2012. His career includes work in Omega's chronograph group, alongside extensive training and experience with mechanical watches. He runs R.I.O. Uhrenwerkstätte in Oppenheim.

This Speedmaster Edition therefore focuses on the service itself, original details and the people behind the watch.
